I’ve been working at Cosmos DB since September 30 2013. Here’s a few of the things I’ve worked on that I’m particularly proud of:
Working on implementing and releasing global data replication.
Worked on implementing multi-region writes and automatic conflict resolution.
Implemented and owned the REST infrastructure and request processing for data plane and control plane.
Implemented and owned the server-side scripting feature,
Azure HDInsight, Microsoft
I had a brief stint at HDInsight, working on rewriting the control plane to allow for generic placement of software components on compute resources - the use case being placing workloads like Kafka, Spark, and any others on Azure VMs.
Phonar
Phonar was a startup I co-founded in college, raised seed funding for and worked on for a couple of years. We worked on sourcing and developing bespoke GPS hardware to embed in and locate objects you own. We built an intuitive software platform to visualize and model location data.
